How long will it take for my order to arrive?

- If you are based in the UK we aim to get your order to you within 3-5 working days.

- If you are from USA, Canada, Europe & other countries we aim to get you order to you within 10-20 working days.

- We try our best to process all orders within 2 days of being placed.

Can I return/exchange my order?

- Yes. Please contact us to arrange an exchange or refund.
We hope you love our products, but understand that expectations can vary from person to person.
As a small team we are conscious of the impact of return culture on businesses and the environment. We would like to challenge this and encourage appropriate care being taken to limit it.
We appreciate this being part of your consideration.

We offer all size and garment specs in each product description to give you as much information as possible.
Please check these before ordering.

- Exchange/Returns must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please try to update and fulfill this as quickly as possible.

- Instructions: 

To request an exchange/return please contact us at - [email protected] or through Instagram (@overgrown.co) and state what you would like to do.
We will then confirm what size exchanges etc are possible and make arrangements for the package to be received.

The cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility. We suggest you use a tracked & signed shipping method to avoid any problems.

Parcels that don't reach us cannot be exchanged or refunded.

There was a charge at time of delivery/at the post office on the package. Why?

- If you are ordering for delivery from outside the U.K there is a chance your home country will charge you import fees for bringing a product in from another country. These are generally collected on delivery and have nothing to do with our business. We are in no way responsible for unexpected fees or charges.

Washing

For the sake of protecting the environment and longevity of your clothes, we say - wash at 30C and hang dry.
